FCI Agility World Championships
The 2001 Agility World Championships were held at the Pavilion Rosa Mota in Porto, northern Portugal over the weekend of the 6th and 7th October and hosted by the Portuguese Kennel Club.
There were entries from 26 countries and for the first time the UK were invited to enter.
There were both standard and mini dog team competitions as well as individual standard and mini competitions.

The
teams and many supporters celebrating the end of the competitions prior to the
presentations in the arena at the 2001 FCI Agility World Championships.
Not
the best of results for the UK team, but hopefully an experience we can all
learn from and therefore hopefully gain better results in Dortmund, Germany
in 2002.
